Website Disclaimer and Safety Notice

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use somewhereeast.property. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Referral, Not Repair

Somewhereeast Septic is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks, repair septic systems or drain fields, fix sewer lines or do any other plumbing work. Any work at your property is done by an independent provider, never by Somewhereeast Septic.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement of that provider. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, permits, certifications and conduct.

General Information Only

The content on this site is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance, health or financial advice. Every septic system and sewer line is different, and what fits one home may not fit another. Talk to a qualified provider about your own situation.

Cost Figures

Costs shown here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices vary with the job, location, system design, soil conditions and local permit rules. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts.

Insurance Notes

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a given problem. Coverage depends on your policy and your insurer's decision. Contact your insurer or agent with questions.

Safety First

Septic tanks and sewage can involve harmful gases, bacteria and deep, open tanks. Do not enter a septic tank or work near an open one. Keep children and pets away from wastewater. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How Somewhereeast Septic Is Paid

Somewhereeast Septic may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. See our Referral Marketing Disclosure for details.

Accuracy

We try to keep this information correct and up to date. We do not warrant that it is complete or that it has no errors.
